Whether we are just moving you, or you use us to pack your goods, we are fully covered up to £25,000 per load and have Public liability insurance in place. Please let us know if you need higher insurance cover for single items as this can be arranged.

How we work
You may be unfamiliar with how we operate; here's a brief indication of how the process works:
- Please call us, email us at [email protected] or fill in the free callback form HERE. We will discuss your needs and requirements over the telephone so we can get a good understanding of what you're after. We don't quote over the telephone as we feel it's best to get a good view of what we have to contend with, so at your convenience we will book in to come and see you for a brief view of your house. This is of course, free!
- On the day of the survey, one of our dedicated movers will come and view the contents of your home and ask you a number of simple questions regarding your move. We will then take this information, write up a quote and then either drop you an email or a hard copy within 24 hours. This is a no obligation quote so please don't feel you are under any pressure to make a decision immediately although please do be advised that slots are based on a 'first come first served' basis.
- If you would like Willow Removals to do your move and if you would like to guarantee the day you desire, we require a small deposit. Once this is received we will book you in and make all the necessary arrangements for your move.
- On the day of the move we will come fully prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment to make sure your goods are protected and moved efficiently. Usually, most moves are started and completed on the same day but this does depend on where you're moving to and also access to the property you're moving to.
- After our dedicated movers do all the hard work for you and once you are fully happy with everything, we will collect the rest of the balance and bid you farewell in your new home.
